Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate fraud cases quickly and efficiently and analyze non-compliant traffic to understand bad actor behavior.
  • •Protect customers and consumers by identifying bad actors and fraudulent activity and taking daily action to stop them while minimizing false positives.
  • •Identify trends and root causes and recommend preventative solutions to keep bad actors from succeeding.
  • •Use a variety of tools to prevent, respond to, and mitigate fraud and abuse across Twilio products.
  • •Become a subject matter expert in fraud investigations over time.

Key Requirements

  • •Willingness to work a non-traditional schedule; weekends, holidays and evenings may be required.
  • •Experience working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a strong bias for action.
  • •Previous experience in customer service or customer-facing roles requiring effective and empathetic communication.
  • •Basic knowledge of SQL, Looker, Tableau or similar data extraction and data visualization tools.
  • •Basic understanding of APIs and related technologies.
