Key Responsibilities

•Define technical vision: establish aircraft requirements and objectives for cabin design modifications and new developments related to cabin components and systems.
•Provide Technical Leadership: guide, motivate and challenge engineering teams and external suppliers to deliver robust solutions on schedule and budget.
•Guarantee conformity & quality: ensure engineering solutions meet safety, airworthiness, customer and program requirements.
•Foster cross-functional collaboration: liaise with customer support and production to identify and implement product solutions for operational and manufacturing challenges.
•Manage priorities and roadmap: collaborate with the A220 Cabin Program team to set and monitor development priorities and support long-term product evolution.
