Promote digital/CCSS solutions to reduce teller/PRS service burden, support branch operations, and complete simple retail sales. Help protect the bank through vigilance against fraud, knowing your customer, adherence to regulations and policies, and minimizing operational risk, while coordinating with compliance, credit, risk, and internal control.
