Key Responsibilities

•Establish and nurture long-term strategic client partnerships by understanding industry challenges and growth priorities.
•Oversee end-to-end delivery of client engagements while identifying and driving new business and expansion opportunities.
•Manage a $5M+ portfolio with accountability for revenue growth, client satisfaction, and account performance.
•Develop and execute account and business plans to achieve growth targets and expand client relationships.
•Lead the deal-shaping process and deliver value propositions to executive stakeholders, including C-suite engagement and team coaching.
