Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage a variety of non-standard deals for an assigned geography or segment, including pricing analysis, restructure recommendations, and risk mitigation.
  • •Optimize key financial and operational metrics such as discount, margin, ACV/iACV, competitive information, and deal cycle time.
  • •Partner with multiple finance and non-finance teams to support the non-standard deal review process.
  • •Source pricing and financial analytics to benchmark discounts and margins and build justifications for approvers.
  • •Maintain compliance with the Non-Standard Deal Policy and internal SOX guidelines, and help identify and mitigate revenue recognition issues on non-standard terms.

Key Requirements

  • •1-3 years of relevant experience in a large multinational company with exposure to financial/commercial disciplines, supporting multiple countries.
  • •Fluency in English with exceptional oral and written communication to build relationships across business and finance organizations.
  • •Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  • •Ability to manage time and shift priorities in a highly dynamic environment.
  • •Experience in data analysis and financial modelling.
