Lead finance performance for an assigned line of business, partnering with senior leadership to translate business drivers and macro trends into forecasting, reporting, and forward-looking risk/opportunity insights. Own the monthly forecast process, oversee compliance and audit activities, and manage new business pricing for servicing assignments. Build and develop a team of analysts while driving analytics, variance analysis, and process automation to improve reporting and decision support.

•Develop and enhance driver-based forecast models and own the monthly forecast process with oversight to plan and actuals.
•Oversee regulatory compliance and internal/external audits.

•Use analytics to connect client cohorts to profitability and behavior; create reporting on strategic initiatives and KPIs.
•Lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts, support month-end close with variance analysis, and identify opportunities to automate or streamline reporting.

Salary: USD 116,000 - 216,000 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of diverse analytical experience in Finance.
•Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
•Experience driving forecasting and financial performance analysis with an understanding of business drivers and macroeconomic factors.
•Fluency in financial systems and analytical tools (e.g., Workday, Adaptive Planning, TM1, Cognos; Excel, Tableau, SAS, PowerPoint).
•Prior managerial experience and exposure to banking or financial services.
