Job Summary

Design and develop MRI RF coils and RF signal-chain components, including low-noise amplifiers, matching/tuning networks, baluns, and receiver front-end modules. Own end-to-end product development from concept and system architecture through circuit/schematic design, prototype validation, and documentation for manufacturing transfer. Optimize key RF performance metrics (noise figure, SNR, decoupling, stability), collaborate across R&D and manufacturing teams, and support RF testing and debugging using network and spectrum analyzers.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop MRI RF coils and associated RF signal chain components, including LNAs, matching/tuning networks, balun and detuning circuits, and receiver front-end modules.
•Participate in end-to-end product development from concept definition and system architecture through circuit/schematic design and prototype development/validation.
•Optimize RF performance metrics including noise figure, SNR, decoupling, and stability.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams across system engineering, mechanical design, suppliers, and manufacturing.
•Support RF testing and debugging using network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, and related equipment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Microwave/RF Engineering, Communication Engineering/Radar Engineering, or Electromagnetics.
•5 years of industry experience in communication systems, radar systems, or RF front-end design, including hands-on LNA design and optimization.
•Solid knowledge of RF circuit design (matching, filtering, stability), microwave components, transmission line theory, and noise analysis for RF performance optimization.
•Practical experience with RF test equipment such as network analyzers and spectrum analyzers.
•Experience with RF simulation and circuit design tools such as ADS, HFSS, and CST.
