•Prepare, customize, and manage content for deadline-driven RFP/RFI/DDQ requests for prospects and current clients.
•Follow RFP/DDQ process protocols, use the RFP Library Responsive, source internal information, and maintain accurate statistics.
•Collaborate with editors and SMEs to ensure timely delivery, including formatting responses, handling attachments, and uploading to portals.
•Tailor standard firm responses for competitive positioning with strong editorial integrity, brand voice, strategies, and readability.
•Coordinate multiple concurrent proposals and support adoption/testing of AI and automation tools to improve proposal development efficiency.
