Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate the development of system packages and handover documentation under the Completions Plan
  • •Ensure system data integrity in the selected Completions Management System (PIMS) and complete sign-offs for check sheets
  • •Manage walk downs, punch list activities, and preservation activities for EPC completion stages at site
  • •Coordinate completion activities across Quality, Construction, Commissioning, and Client personnel based on commissioning priorities
  • •Interface with subcontractors, review vendor/third-party interfaces, and compile progress reports and master punch/exception lists

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Petroleum Engineering (or related); engineering/IT degree preferred
  • •5 to 7 years of completions management experience for onshore construction projects in the EPCI industry
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience on EPC projects as a Completions Specialist/Coordinator/Administrator
  • •Completions experience in the Oil & Gas or Power industry
  • •Experience with PIMS (desirable) and strong understanding of engineering drawings (e.g., P&IDs, SLDs) and walk down/punch listing and handover processes
