Job Summary

Drive technical engagements for CrowdStrike’s security platform in Australia, delivering demonstrations, configuring POVs, and serving as the technical bridge between prospects and the product/engineering teams. You’ll train the sales force, collaborate with Product Management on key accounts, and act as a trusted advisor to ensure project success in a remote, AUS-based role.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
•Configure product installations and customisations in a POV engagement
•Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
•Provide informal training to the Sales team on CrowdStrike technology and support for technical sales and competitive messaging.
•Work as a Trusted Advisor within our prospects and customers in order to gain mind-share and ensure project success.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in endpoint or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc.
•Technical expertise in endpoint security, cloud security, identity prevention, zero-trust and MDR/XDR.
•Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems
•Can easily articulate complex security problems to a diverse set of audiences
•Sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience
