(MEP) Cost Manager - Advance Manufacturing

Lead commercial and cost management for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) packages on a complex, high-specification facility project. Own MEP cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, and run full procurement and tendering from prequalification through contract award. Administer contracts using FIDIC or equivalent, manage variations and claims, and track cost performance and cash flow. Coordinate with design and construction teams to ensure technical, budget, and scope alignment.
