Job Summary

Lead legal strategy for the Global Payments Network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa as a strategic partner embedded in the business. Own the EMEA legal and commercial contracting roadmap, negotiate international agreements, identify risks, and provide thought leadership on legal and compliance considerations. Partner with Risk and Compliance teams, oversee outside counsel, and continuously improve legal workflows so business partners can work more efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as lead counsel to drive international expansion for the Global Payments Network with strategic, actionable legal and commercial guidance.
•Own the EMEA legal and commercial contracting strategy and delivery roadmap.
•Partner with Risk and Compliance officers to ensure comprehensive cross-functional support.
•Provide strategic leadership on legal and commercial considerations for EMEA.
•Oversee outside legal counsel as needed and stay abreast of external legal and regulatory developments affecting compliance risk.
