Build customer relationships and drive deposit, loan, and fee-based service sales using a consultative sales approach and Financial Needs Assessment. Proactively reach customers with approved marketing tools to schedule periodic financial reviews, cross-sell to existing clients, and support outside sales activities and community events. Partner with business teams (Mortgage, Small Business, Commercial, Investment) to refer customers for holistic solutions while meeting production goals and maintaining confidentiality and risk accountability.
