Senior Associate in the Legal department focusing on contract compliance across leases, credit agreements, and project delivery documents. Partners with Finance, Business Development, Engineering, Construction and Operations to design scalable compliance programs, tracks obligations, identifies risks, and drives timely fulfillment throughout the contract lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and implement scalable systems to track compliance with contractual obligations across leases, construction contracts, utility contracts, project financing documents and credit agreements.
•Lead and support efforts to transition from manual tracking to more automated and centralized compliance systems as the program matures.
•Maintain compliance calendars, covenant trackers, and supporting documentation.
•Escalate any potential risks, missed deadlines, and compliance concerns promptly and clearly.
•Serve as a central point of contact for contract compliance questions and help stakeholders understand their responsibilities under agreements

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually

•BA degree or equivalent
•3+ years of contract compliance or comparable experience, preferably in-house
•Experience implementing or managing contract compliance programs
