Key Responsibilities

  • •Guide customers’ digital transformations using cutting-edge SAP technologies and advance RISE with SAP, promoting Clean Core principles and accelerating SAP innovation and AI adoption.
  • •Develop a comprehensive reference enterprise architecture (RISE model) aligned to customers’ business objectives.
  • •Create reference architecture and transformation plans using SAP best practices and provide architecture guidance with RISE with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles.
  • •Identify innovation use cases (AI, BDC, CAIA, CIS) and apply the integrated toolchain (ITC/BTM) to drive transformation efficiency.
  • •Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities, including identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks and aligning customers and partners for Clean Core and BTP adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or comparable education.
  • •14+ years’ practical experience advising management and working as an enterprise architect and/or transformation advisor in a multi-national environment.
  • •Proven experience delivering enterprise business transformations by aligning stakeholder priorities with system architectures and roadmaps.
  • •Experience delivering at least one full end-to-end SAP implementation in a responsible role from process design through (ideally) support and optimization after GoLive.
  • •S/4HANA technical and/or SAP S/4HANA application/functional knowledge, plus strong communication and negotiation skills in English and German.
