Job Summary

Lead the IT governance and compliance program, driving enterprise alignment to policies and standards through risk and control oversight. Enhance IT risk assessment and information protection governance, and continuously improve the information security management system using ISO 27001 and NIST. Act as a subject matter expert to process and control owners, manage GRC tools for security, policy, compliance, and risk, and support the Poznan Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of information protection governance programs.
•Enhance and maintain the IT risk assessment program to evaluate IT compliance and operational risks.
•Serve as an IT policy and standards subject matter expert reviewing policies against emerging threats and regulatory changes.
•Coordinate annual reviews of IT policies and standards with process owners and obtain leadership approval for updates.
•Manage GRC tool(s) for information security, policy, compliance, and risk management, and support risk-based validation by the IT Compliance team.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field.
•10+ years of practical experience in IT Compliance, Governance Management, and/or IT Audit.
•3–5 years of experience with policy design standards and management for regulations including ISO, COBIT, COSO, NIS2, and NIST guidelines.
•Strong competency with SOX, COBIT, ISO 27001, and compliance frameworks.
•Strong communication and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
