Safeguards Enforcement Analyst, Fraud & Scams

Build and own enforcement workflows on the account abuse team, with an initial focus on standing up fraud & scams enforcement as a program. Define the fraud/scams policy taxonomy, create a detection-to-enforcement pipeline, and set an operating model for scalable execution. Investigate organized abuse rings, design dispute/chargeback strategy with payments and card-network partners, and quantify fraud losses and control efficacy to guide investment decisions.
