Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare specifications for site investigations, including soil sampling, borehole drilling, and in-situ testing.
  • •Analyze soil, rock, and groundwater data to assess site conditions and inform design recommendations.
  • •Design foundations, retaining structures, embankments, and slope stabilization systems.
  • •Review geotechnical reports, risk assessments, and civil engineering drawings/documents for quality and timely delivery.
  • •Provide technical support during tendering and project development, including technical evaluation and clarifications, and coordinate cross-discipline design activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6-8 years’ experience as a Principal/Senior Engineer for Civil & Structural (Geotech) design and investigations.
  • •Possess a Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering; a Master’s in Geotechnical is preferable.
  • •Strong understanding of soil-structure interaction and geotechnical data analysis (soil, rock, groundwater).
  • •Experience working on power, water, and renewables projects (e.g., solar, wind, BESS) and familiarity with ME projects.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-motivated, and willing to visit client offices/project sites in ME as required.
