Provide timely, accurate handling of client transactions while delivering a high-quality customer experience. Serve as a cross-trained team member supporting sales and service, including outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service options such as ATMs, Online and Mobile Banking. Support new account openings and problem resolution while following internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
