  • •Champion a positive team culture by sharing ideas, feedback, and concerns while demonstrating core values.
  • •Assist in store departments including POS management, customer service, merchandising, product placement, visual presentation, and stockroom operations.
  • •Work with Store Management to achieve and exceed personal performance objectives through effective selling strategies.
  • •Serve as a brand ambassador by staying informed about product collaborations, launches, and brand initiatives, and sharing this knowledge with consumers.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 15 - 17.5

Key Requirements

  • •Must be 16 years or older.
  • •Flexibility in schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours, with regular attendance and punctuality.
  • •A team-first approach and desire to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • •Ability to move merchandise using appropriate equipment to and from backroom and sales floor.
  • •Ability to lift 30 pounds or more with assistance and to remain on your feet and continuously move around the store for at least 8 hours per shift.
