Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead daily support of products and tools in manufacturing.
  • •Support NPI launches and govern sustaining products within manufacturing partners.
  • •Analyze data and programs for quality and process control, driving process optimization, yield improvements, and consistency.
  • •Provide technical support for systemic defects, line stops, material purges, and quality issues.
  • •Own factory site technical quality metrics related to structural test, govern ECO and deviation implementation, and review/validate SoP and SPC specifications during phase gates and periodic sustaining production.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/MS in IE/EE/ME with 5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturing and quality systems.
  • •Strong manufacturing process knowledge including SMT, Wave Soldering, Press Fit, and Mechanical Assembly.
  • •Proficiency with statistical methods and quality analysis tools in manufacturing (SPC, DOEs, 8Ds, DMAIC, AQL).
  • •Ability to document issues clearly and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions with persistence.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication in English to synthesize complex situations for internal and external partners.
