Job Summary

Lead the creation and facilitation of training materials to equip new hires and customer service consultants with essential skills. Oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training, coach consultants to improve program performance, and analyze KPIs to identify training needs. Partner with a supportive team to deliver an effective learning environment, using facilitation and performance analysis to drive better customer outcomes.

•Create and facilitate training materials focused on fundamental customer service and client product/process skills.
•Oversee new hire, progression, and enhancement training for customer service consultants.
•Train and coach consultants to listen, empathize, identify issues, and create solutions for customers.
•Analyze performance and create training needs (TNI) based on client goals and KPI-impacting behaviors/skills.
•Collaborate with the team to provide the best customer experience and support a positive learning environment.

Key Requirements

•Graduate of any 4-year course.
•Preferably college graduates or diploma holders.
•At least 1 year of experience in the same capacity.
•B2 English level and ability to hold conversations with Australian customers.
•Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and typing skills (30 WPM, 85% accuracy).
