Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in developing project control plans, WBS, cost budgets, and schedule baselines to measure performance and success.
  • •Analyze project performance by integrating cost and schedule, including unbilled/receivable/payable balances.
  • •Identify cost and schedule variance root causes versus baseline and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Prepare and publish metrics and financial reports, supporting forecasting, project reviews, and monthly progress reporting.
  • •Apply EVM techniques and support change, risk, and EAC management; monitor/report compliance per GPMO requirements and support SOX controls.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years’ experience in project controls.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or Accounting.
  • •Working knowledge of project management processes including cost, EVM, schedule, and baseline development.
  • •User experience of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsiga).
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Project, Outlook, PowerPoint) and financial data compilation/analysis/metrics management.
