Legal Intern

Support the Legal, Ethics & Trust Department in an in-house internship at Sony Corporation of America. Assist lawyers across transactional, litigation, and corporate matters by researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, and attending client meetings and negotiations. Work primarily from the NYC office 1–2 days per week with remote work for approximately 15–20 hours per week, during the Fall 2026 semester.
