Lead the strategy and roadmap for KYB capabilities in a globally scaled digital identity verification platform. Own discovery with enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk, and compliance workflows; collaborate with Engineering and Data teams on APIs and data needs; drive end-to-end product launches with cross-functional teams to enable faster onboarding and improved verification quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Strategy and roadmap for KYB capabilities, including prioritization trade-offs and non-doing bets
•Customer discovery to understand enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk and compliance workflows and translate problems into product narratives
•Market and competitive analysis to identify KYB leadership areas and where to innovate
•Detailed technical requirements with Engineering and Data teams, including APIs, platform workflows, data needs, edge cases, acceptance criteria
•New product launches end-to-end by partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Support to land capabilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping work that moved measurable business or customer outcomes

•Customer discovery - regularly talking to customers and internal teams and synthesizing signals
•Go-to-market experience taking new products from concept through launch with sales, marketing and CS
