Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategy and roadmap for KYB capabilities, including prioritization trade-offs and non-doing bets
  • •Customer discovery to understand enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk and compliance workflows and translate problems into product narratives
  • •Market and competitive analysis to identify KYB leadership areas and where to innovate
  • •Detailed technical requirements with Engineering and Data teams, including APIs, platform workflows, data needs, edge cases, acceptance criteria
  • •New product launches end-to-end by partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering and Support to land capabilities

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years in product management with a track record of shipping work that moved measurable business or customer outcomes

  • •Customer discovery - regularly talking to customers and internal teams and synthesizing signals
