  • •Execute inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink
  • •Investigate and address inventory accuracy issues, escalating process or system gaps with store leadership
  • •Support execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, and replenishment on the sales floor
  • •Maintain and enforce strong visual standards for the sales floor
  • •Move dynamically on the retail floor to assess and fulfill the needs of the business, team and guests
