•Design and ship production-grade automation frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve middleware reliability and availability.
•Write maintainable Python, Java, or Go code and build modular frameworks for deployment orchestration, validation, rollback, and reporting.
•Contribute to agentic AI initiatives for monitoring, anomaly detection, self-healing, and autonomous platform operations.
•Build and improve observability including monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
•Operate in an Agile squad, participate in on-call rotations, document playbooks, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate releases/deployments and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
•3–5 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent SRE/DevOps with strong coding skills).
•Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or Go, with production-quality code.
•Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
•Working knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana) and strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
