Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and ship production-grade automation frameworks, tools, and platforms to improve middleware reliability and availability.
  • •Write maintainable Python, Java, or Go code and build modular frameworks for deployment orchestration, validation, rollback, and reporting.
  • •Contribute to agentic AI initiatives for monitoring, anomaly detection, self-healing, and autonomous platform operations.
  • •Build and improve observability including monitoring, alerting, and troubleshooting to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
  • •Operate in an Agile squad, participate in on-call rotations, document playbooks, mentor junior engineers, and coordinate releases/deployments and performance tuning.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of relevant work experience.
  • •3–5 years of professional software engineering experience (or equivalent SRE/DevOps with strong coding skills).
  • •Proficiency in at least one of Python, Java, or Go, with production-quality code.
  • •Hands-on experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • •Working knowledge of observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Splunk, Grafana) and strong troubleshooting/debugging skills.
