Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and adjust EAC for revenue recognition purposes for development programs.
  • •Assist project managers with finance and performance activities including planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • •Initiate, monitor, and maintain proper project setup in Deltek Costpoint via project setup form submission.
  • •Proactively monitor project timecards and ensure timecard errors are identified and corrected.
  • •Manage key financial processes including budgeting/financial analysis, expense report accuracy, project AR/AP, invoice review/approval, and quarterly unbilled analysis packages.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 66,110 - 112,551 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Accounting or Business-related field preferred.
  • •5+ years’ experience providing project accounting support for services contracts for Govt. customers.
  • •Understanding of EACs, ETCs, and unbilled analysis.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with accounting, contracts, and project personnel.
  • •Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, PivotTables) and experience using Deltek Cost Point.
