Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure high availability, scalability, and security for production environments through SRE practices and multi-AZ/ multi-region architectures.
  • •Lead automation efforts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery and incident response across cloud environments.
  • •Develop and enforce observability standards using Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, and ELK Stack; manage SLIs/SLOs/SLAs.
  • •Collaborate with teams to design and implement IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • •Perform post-mortem analyses, drive root-cause investigations, and implement preventive measures to reduce incident impact.
