Key Responsibilities

  • •Track, monitor, and evidence compliance for key IT controls and KCIs across IDAM, SDLC, deployment, cybersecurity, operational resilience, and applicable group control requirements.
  • •Own and manage GRAS metrics, ensuring accurate status, clear ownership, and timely progression/closure of actions.
  • •Maintain high-quality dashboards, trackers, and reporting packs that provide transparent visibility of compliance status, risks, overdue actions, and upcoming deadlines.
  • •Drive action management by ensuring action owners understand requirements and evidence expectations, following up regularly, removing blockers, and escalating when actions are at risk or overdue.
  • •Ensure timely closure of audit issues/findings/actions related to IT controls with audit-ready, traceable evidence, and identify continuous improvement opportunities to strengthen control performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience tracking IT control compliance, KCI/KPI reporting, and action management in a regulated environment.
  • •Working knowledge of cybersecurity controls, SDLC, deployment/change controls, and Identity & Access Management concepts.
  • •Experience producing dashboards and senior management reporting (e.g., Excel/Power BI or equivalent) with strong attention to evidence quality.
  • •Experience supporting IT Service Ownership / Service Management activities for critical services (service reviews, operational risk management, and resilience).
  • •Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills to influence, challenge, and escalate appropriately to drive closure.
