•Scope and deliver custom technical consulting projects, translating client needs into 360Learning platform setup/configuration and technical solution specifications.
•Lead implementation lifecycle activities from sales handoff and kickoff through project handover and ongoing support on strategic accounts.
•Define platform architecture for clients and facilitate integrations with flat files, APIs, and third-party apps.
•Collaborate cross-department with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to document client use cases and requirements.
•Automate and improve delivery through repeatable processes, tools, technical documentation, knowledge base contributions, and platform audits.

•Proficiency with programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby.
•Knowledge of SaaS platforms, cloud-based solutions, and web technologies (Agile/Scrum experience is a plus).
