Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage volume test operations across OSAT partners and ensure production targets for throughput, yield, cycle time, and uptime are met.
  • •Partner with ASIC Design and OSAT teams to transition SLT programs from lab to full-scale production.
  • •Investigate and resolve production hardware/software test challenges as the primary point of contact for production issues.
  • •Align OSAT roadmaps and capacity ramp plans with product delivery schedules, and manage production test hardware.
  • •Evaluate OSAT test sites, recommend new qualifications, and oversee execution of qualification activities.

Key Requirements

  • •BSEE (or higher) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Engineering.
  • •7+ years in ATE or SLT volume production environments, preferably with high-end compute or networking devices.
  • •Proven ability to debug, analyze, and perform root-cause analysis on manufacturing yield issues and field escapes.
  • •Expertise in Linux/Unix, Python programming, and TCP/IP network configuration.
  • •Familiarity with OSAT operations management, manufacturing processes, and yield optimization strategies.
