Job Summary

Drive top-of-funnel sourcing for technical and business hiring by building targeted talent pipelines. Partner with recruiters and hiring teams to understand role requirements, map talent across target geographies, and use multi-channel sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Boolean search, events) to engage passive candidates. Conduct outreach, screening, and assessments, collaborate on candidate flow, maintain Greenhouse ATS data, and use data/market trends to continuously improve sourcing results and candidate experience.

•Proficiency using AI and Agents to research, map, and identify hard-to-find talent.
•Excellent collaboration, communication, and data-driven sourcing approach to optimize metrics and improve results.
