Job Summary

Support and improve HR processes under general supervision while collaborating with stakeholders to execute HR programs and projects. Key Responsibilities

•Support the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes under general supervision.
•Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools and resources and execute basic HR programs and projects.
•Develop subject matter expertise in one or more HR disciplines including compensation, benefits, international HR/global mobility, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, or HR operations.
•Support efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies through specialized knowledge, analysis, and business acumen.
•Assist with HR data reporting and analysis to determine recommendations and actions to improve HR service delivery; may advise HR and business leaders on best practices.

Key Requirements

•Undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
•Professional HR certification preferred.
•Prior experience supporting a range of human resources functions is preferred.
•Hybrid work schedule: three days per week in the office and up to two remote workdays.
•Develop subject matter expertise across one or more HR disciplines such as compensation, benefits, global mobility, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, HR information systems, or HR operations.
