Job Summary

Define, automate, execute, and report system-level tests for YieldStar products within the System Test & Integration (STI) team. Drive continuous improvements in testing efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness, including cross-team test automation infrastructure and testware adaptation. Execute regression and alpha test activities, validate software baselines, write test plans and reports, and partner with development teams to diagnose issues and re-test solutions.

Key Responsibilities

•Define, automate, execute, and report on system-level tests for YieldStar products.
•Drive structural improvements to increase testing efficiency and effectiveness and reduce customer-impacting issues.
•Improve cross-team test automation solutions, including automation infrastructure, test cases, and testware adaptation.
•Define and perform tests to verify product functionality and performance.
•Lead regression and alpha test activities, including writing test plans/reports and coordinating issue reporting and re-testing.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of software development experience covering the full lifecycle.
•5+ years of testing and test automation experience, preferably in a hardware/software environment.
•5+ years leading testing efforts with cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
•Highly proficient in test automation frameworks and testing techniques, with strong understanding of software lifecycle and Scrum agile working.
•Proficient in object-oriented languages (C# and Java) and scripting languages (Python and PowerShell); ISTQB certification is a plus.
