Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the ES Global PM Team for GEIS and EMEA portfolio.
  • •Develop EIIC PMO talent and capability plans, including team growth paths and capability development.
  • •Manage EIIC budget forecasting and track project financials for monitoring and control.
  • •Own portfolio dashboards/scorecards, ensure project data fidelity, and support centralized portfolio processes for leadership reviews.
  • •Drive program execution partnerships (NPI, NTI, VAVE), enforce scope-schedule-cost-quality discipline, and resolve critical quality issues with issue governance.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience delivering large-scale, high-impact projects within stringent timelines.
  • •B.E., B.Tech, or M.Tech education.
  • •PMP certification.
  • •Strong program management and governance experience using tools such as Clarity PPM, Microsoft Projects, JIRA, Confluence, and advanced Excel.
  • •Experience with stage-gate product development processes, scoping, project proposals, and risk management.
