Key Responsibilities

  • •Apply advanced statistical modeling and techniques to solve complex business challenges.
  • •Develop and implement advanced data solutions using ML/AI to drive profitability and value for clients.
  • •Design and build machine learning pipelines and models, optimising their performance and efficiency; develop and maintain ML infrastructure.
  • •Track and document model lineage, versioning and transitioning; lead data projects adopted across the team.
  • •Mentor junior data scientists and share knowledge through training sessions and client workshops.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in data science with a focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics.
  • •Advanced expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and developing machine learning models for analysis and predictions.
  • •Experience in designing and building machine learning pipelines and deploying ML models to production environments.
  • •Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R; strong knowledge of ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
  • •Experience with cloud platforms (GCP essential; AWS/Azure advantageous) and pipeline orchestration tools (Airflow; Dataform; DBT)
