Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the finished goods (FG) team to accurately process orders for local, export, and inter plant transfer.
  • •Coordinate shipping and order status activities with transport planners, supply chain partners, customers service, transporters, forwarders, and QA to support timely shipments.
  • •Prepare and maintain required shipping documents (e.g., shipping mark, pallet ID, gate pass, pick list, invoice, COA, delivery order) and monitor order status for OTIF fulfillment.
  • •Oversee inventory accuracy by tracking PGR & PGI, handling discrepancy/damage reporting, and closing stock variance issues with inventory management.
  • •Provide training to team members, manage customer complaints in SAP, maintain order records, and prepare operational report/presentation updates for management review.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage customer orders and shipment operations for warehousing and logistics activities.
  • •Minimum Diploma in business management or SPM with PASS, or related field of studies.
  • •Minimum 5 years of experience leading warehousing operations or logistics with stock movements.
  • •Strong ERP (e.g., SAP) familiarity for order management activities.
  • •Demonstrated leadership, organization, process-driven analytical problem solving, and excellent influencing/follow-up skills.
