  • •Lead maintenance and repair activities on Collins Class Submarines.
  • •Deliver engineering tasks safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
  • •Enforce RAN military protocols and workplace safety mandates.
  • •Act as the primary escalation point for field issues and report operational status, risks, and defects to management.
  • •Mentor the team through hands-on, on-the-job training and execute delegated management tasks, resource allocation, and customer meetings; support inventory logistics and LEAN continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •An Electronic/Electrical Engineering Diploma or an electrical trade with relevant experience.
  • •Australian citizenship.
  • •NV1 and ITAR clearance.
  • •Supervision/leadership experience running maintenance activities in local and remote locations.
  • •4+ years’ experience in fault diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of complex equipment and systems with quality assurance track record.
