•Lead the definition and communication of a clear UX vision and multi-release experience roadmap for critical areas of the Seeq product, aligning teams around north-star experiences that simplify complex analytics and AI.
•Drive a user-centered approach to product decisions by partnering with product managers, engineers, and analytics stakeholders to plan and execute research, synthesize insights, and define experience success metrics.
•Own end-to-end experiences that transform Seeq’s full-featured calculation engine into effortless, trustworthy workflows for users.
•Ensure customers experience Seeq as a unified product by championing coherent interaction patterns, information architecture, and visual systems across product areas.
•Elevate the UX practice by modeling best-in-class craft, leading critiques and design reviews, mentoring designers, and helping the team move toward proactive, strategic problem framing.
