Branch Leader I/II - Halifax

Lead all aspects of an assigned branch by driving performance through coaching, managing, and business development. Grow branch revenue by building small business expertise and expanding client relationships through face-to-face appointments and outbound prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management, while partnering with operations and IRM teams. Own human capital decisions including hiring, performance reviews, scheduling, and counseling for branch teammates.
