Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and conceptualize characters, environments, and set layouts to discover personality, visual atmosphere, mood, and tone.
  • •Collaborate with creative leadership to establish and maintain visual look and style across production.
  • •Proactively engage with and help define traditional, GenAI, and hybrid workflows bridging 2D and 3D ideas for visual consistency.
  • •Drive look development and visual experimentation by blending generative imagery with traditional renders and footage.
  • •Build workflows, templates, and scripts as needed while incorporating feedback and delivering artwork on schedule.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of visual development experience in animation, VFX, games, or digital media; stylized/non-photoreal experience or a portfolio demonstrating design and paint for animated shorts/series/features.
  • •Excellent draftsmanship with working knowledge of anatomy and/or volumetric drawing.
  • •Samples/credits showing strong visual development, composition, and lighting.
  • •Advanced working knowledge of digital drawing tools and ability to adapt to a wide range of visual styles.
  • •Comfort with hybrid workflows and a demonstrated interest in Generative AI imagery/video, including hands-on exploration of GenAI tools to enhance visual storytelling.
