Deliver exceptional customer experiences as a retail Sales Associate using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model. Educate consumers on products, promotions, and events while supporting the store team across consumer service, product knowledge, visual presentation, and stock room management. Help run daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, loyalty programs, and cleanliness standards. Partner with Store Management to improve sales KPIs while following asset protection procedures.
