Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct structured market assessments of data center, SMR, and renewable energy investment and project opportunities across regions.
  • •Benchmark competitors, monitor market positioning, and provide actionable insights to support business development.
  • •Curate and distribute a weekly newsletter on upcoming greenfield projects for data centers, nuclear/SMR, and renewables to World Area Sales teams.
  • •Track, monitor, and report progress against key program growth and performance KPIs.
  • •Prepare high-quality presentations, business plans, competitor analysis, and technical compliance/deviation reports, including RFQ and pricing-related assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical/electronic/instrumentation engineering or marketing & data analysis.
  • •5–8+ years of experience in automation industry projects, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
  • •Experience in Power, Renewables and Data Center industry; experience with multiple EPCs and understanding developer requirements.
  • •Strong marketing and data analysis capability focused on customer handling and solution positioning.
  • •Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI, plus knowledge of DCS/SCADA automation concepts and project lifecycle.
  • •Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal/people management skills.
  • •Strong organization and planning skills.
