Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects to ensure successful delivery (PMO project portfolio).
  • •Project manage key strategic, cross-functional initiatives.
  • •Develop and iterate PMO documents and processes aligned with best practices.
  • •Create business cases to assess expected impact and support project prioritisation.
  • •Conduct analysis to identify improvement and efficiency opportunities, and build KPI reports and dashboards.
