•Ensure four regulated entities fully comply with SMR requirements and oversee day-to-day SMR activity.
•Manage the SMR team and provide support, guidance, and autonomy to team members.
•Advise and engage with the Board and senior management on SMR matters, providing challenge and guidance.
•Lead fitness and propriety assessments for all individuals in scope of the SMR.
•Own SMR policies, including horizon scanning for regulatory trends, managing end-to-end regulatory applications/notifications, and producing timely SMR management information.
