Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast for grain financial reporting.
  • •Prepare and deliver executive-level financial reporting packages including Quarterly Financial Reviews, monthly P&L summaries, and performance decks.
  • •Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles for grain product lines, including SG&A planning for North America.
  • •Build and enhance dashboards for margin, volume, and expense tracking, and improve data governance and validation.
  • •Provide international finance support by standardizing reporting across business units and responding to International Finance Leads.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and/or Financial Planning and Analysis.
  • •In-depth understanding of budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting processes, and financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Statement of Cash Flow).
  • •Experience using ERP systems and forecasting tools, with strong ability to work with data and information.
  • •Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
