Key Responsibilities

  • •Enforce company safety rules and conduct safety meetings, including toolbox talks, while ensuring facilities operate safely.
  • •Accurately batch concrete by reading dispatch orders and using appropriate mix designs while complying with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • •Print and file invoice tickets for each truck/load, provide invoice copies to drivers, and complete daily clerical duties and deposits.
  • •Maintain efficient plant equipment and trucks by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and cleaning.
  • •Manage plant inventory and assist dispatch with scheduling drivers based on customer demand; identify and resolve regulatory, safety, personnel, and production problems.

Key Requirements
