GPS Engineer IV

Own corrective-action and lessons-learned capture for new product design intent, contributing to reliability processes such as FMECA. Develop service procedures and Best Known Methods, support Engineering Design Reviews, and partner with Quality & Reliability to address top field issues. Participate in CAPA, conduct failure analysis when needed, and drive resolution of engineering issues. Lead beta site test planning and reporting, and help roll out training through Global Technical Training.
