Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products, with opportunities to contribute to new product development.
  • •Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—including power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing—to deliver integrated solutions.
  • •Managing component obsolescence identification and mitigation.
  • •Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/RF/power circuitry and interfaces.
  • •Support transition-to-production activities and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for production teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree)
  • •U.S. Person is required for ITAR access
  • •Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals including troubleshooting, analysis, and test
  • •Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters
  • •Experience with schematic capture tools and interpreting complex schematics
