Key Responsibilities

•Provide design and engineering support for CNS sustainment products, with opportunities to contribute to new product development.
•Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams—including power, digital, mechanical, systems, and manufacturing—to deliver integrated solutions.
•Managing component obsolescence identification and mitigation.
•Troubleshooting hardware and process issues down to circuit card assembly (CCA)/Module and component levels to include analog/digital/RF/power circuitry and interfaces.
•Support transition-to-production activities and provide hands-on troubleshooting and technical support for production teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree)
•U.S. Person is required for ITAR access
•Proficiency in electrical engineering fundamentals including troubleshooting, analysis, and test
•Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power meters
•Experience with schematic capture tools and interpreting complex schematics
